In the market for a smartphone, after going to a local big box electronic store, three salesmen tell me Honor makes a good device at a low price. The X6b came in at price of only 99 euros. After years of using a competing OS, switching over to an Android system from iOS felt a bit awkward.
Three salespeople at the big box electronics store gave the X6b hig marks over other brands with its strong specs, especially with its battery life.

My initial impression, positive. The body has a solid, premium feel. The X6b comes with theAndroid 14 OS with an Honor MagicOS 8.0 overlay that runs smoothly.
The one annoying factor I find with getting a new smartphone is sthe setting-up process. At times it feels as if a buyer has entered an early 20th century Kafka Story. on a 6.56inch screen. After deleting some of the preinstalled apps, I am in the process of setting-up the standard ones such as WhatsApp.
The rear camera is dependable even with some noise.

This could this be my bridge phone or something more permanent?
What is my opinion of the Honor X6b? Stay tuned for a full review.
