Seoul, the Korean Capital is now a creative hub with the far reaching K Pop global influence in music and cinema, tv and style. The fashion scene is edgy with designers going in the own bold directions. After looking the collections, perhaps it is time to categorise the peninsula metropolis as a Beta Level of fashion cities along with Madrid, São Paulo, and Tokyo.
