The Black and Paper IFA Innovation Award was handed to the Korean firm RobotWare AI. The two-year-old start-up came to Berlin with an agritech robot used on poultry farms.  During a presentation at the K-AI Semiconductor Media Day, co-founder David Cheon presented the autonomous robot equipped with Physical AI technology to a full house of journalists and industry professionals.

Visual Tracking Livestock

If an animal displays irregular behaviour, it is identified, then gently removed with a mechanical arm.  Using AI and visual integrated technology, farmers become less reliant on the 24-hour toil of monitoring the livestock.

After learning more about the sincerity of the technology: food security, positive environmental impact, animal welfare, worker protection and the passion for the mission.  For these reasons, Black and Paper decided to hand out the prize to RobotWare AI from Korea.  This robotic innovation will not only shape the future of stock farming but also what is on the dinner table.
