While Cinque Terre is a picturesque Italian village visit. The seaside enclave’s hit and run tourism could be a turn off. Visitors jump off boats or trains for an hour or 90 minutes before moving to the next destination. The narrow-overcrowded streets could prove difficult to navigate during high-season. While I did not have a bad experience in the hillside village, returning in the summer is not an option.
