The lack of a big Hollywood launch translated into less glitz. No Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt on the Red Carpet took away the May seaside bravado. The challenging state of affairs in show biz reached the la Croisette. Movie studios have changed strategies, no longer stirring towards high cinematic profile meeting places.
